What's that supposed to be good for? Don't you have a proper heater in the bathroom that warms everything?

We also just had the sockets installed initially, but removed the radiators. In the current apartment, it is connected to the underfloor heating at the correct radiator pipe and is mainly used for preheating the towels in winter. We don't need it but it also serves to hang the towels and to have a warm towel in winter.

If absolutely necessary as supplementary heating for the underfloor heating and no BKA or wall heating is possible, then it's better to use an electric "Hühnerleiter". These parts tend to rust from the inside, and then you have the gunk in the pipes of the underfloor heating when you connect the radiator to it.

However, I would take a look at the heating load calculation and possibly adjust the standard temperatures according to the Energy Saving Ordinance for the calculation. Many people perceive 24°C air temperature in the bathroom as very warm.

With water it won’t get warm, it’s then only good for hanging the towels. That’s how we have it. We do have a socket below, but nothing plugged in. For bathing the baby, we have a heater fan on an Alexa socket in the corner, which you can turn on from the dinner table if you want to bathe the little one spontaneously. Although now it’s big enough that 21 degrees, which it has in the bathroom, should be enough for them... 5 minutes of the heater fan is enough for 25 degrees.
