Try feeding a popular internet search engine with "Baukosten Excel" and click on the very first result ...

Are you looking more for a spreadsheet template? Or are you looking for concrete numbers (costs)? Or is it about gathering all relevant items (earthworks, construction site setup, ...)?

What is relevant to you depends. Building without an architect means general contractor or GU or GÜ or BT or construction supervisor? Or do it yourself?

Have already searched multiple times but found nothing useful. My aim is to compile the relevant positions. The exact figures are always different.

Whether [GU] or [GÜ] or [BT] or [Baubegleiter] is not decided yet.

You should make the effort and gather yourself what you can find about costs. This work contributes to a better understanding of fundamental costs and understanding of house construction. It is comparable to research for a presentation you have to give: every hour you spend with costs and construction teaches you and does not make you dumber. Whoever lets others do it misses out on fundamentals.

There are things in life you just have to go through yourself

I have searched for multiple prices from the Internet (blogs, forums) for all positions and then took an appropriate average. However, you have to make sure that it fits regionally.

So far, the cost points have matched very well, rather conservatively, which is good.

Effort in vain. Here in the forum it says what a house costs, briefly:
1. Multiply the desired living area in sqm by the usual price per sqm
2. Add ancillary construction costs
3. Add financing and purchase ancillary costs
4. Add special requests (basement, outdoor facilities, furniture)
5. Add unforeseen expenses
Then you have it.

If you build with a general contractor/general construction contractor, you just need to know that ancillary construction costs can somehow amount to between 20,000 and 50,000 euros (depending). If you build with a developer, you have a fixed price for everything (plus upgrades, your own wishes and what is missing ... kitchens, garden, ...). If you build with an architect, he owes you a cost estimate.

And whether you plan a flat 30,000 euros for ancillary construction costs beforehand, or break down everything from the porta-potty to the batter board to the construction fence, is, in my view, irrelevant. (Exception maybe: you build do it yourself).

Thank you very much for your suggestions.
