We might possibly already arrange the admission with the provider through "detours". I have now also made the decision that we will simply start in June whether the approval is there or not. This would turn the tables.

We also build in Saarland and for us it went as follows:

    [*]Building application received on 28.10.21
[*]Inquiry due to missing documents on 26.11.21
    [*]Missing documents received on 17.12.21
[*]On 20.02.22 there was a local council meeting because we had deviations from the 1960 development plan (we didn’t want an Eternit roof, among other things ;-) )
[*]On 28.03.22 it was communicated by phone that the application was approved
[*]On 11.04.22 the approval finally arrived by mail (backdated to 25.03..)

The processing time was well utilized in our case too :D
But it also depends on the district (for us MZG).

Quick update,
we had ordered the civil engineer for week 22 and like a divine coincidence, the red dot appeared in the mailbox yesterday. This way, we have saved two weeks now :-).
So all good.
