At first quick glance, I believe there is still quite a bit of potential for savings here without it hurting you. The pantry could easily be realized as kitchen cabinets. If it is integrated there, further possibilities arise for the entrance area ... Certainly about 1m in width of space savings are possible if the shower etc. is then adjusted a bit. An exit from the kitchen to the terrace is really cool. At least we think so.

500k is never enough for 211sqm. More like for the regular 160. Unfortunately, that surely already applies to the design.

211xx2500 €/sqm=?
And the excavator hasn’t even rolled in yet, so no ancillary construction costs, no attic, no outdoor facilities…

We also want to make everything even smaller and would also contribute a lot of our own work.
