Timeframe and Feasibility Single-family House Construction

Thank you very much for your answers and sorry for the late response.

That's already quite a lot that comes with it. Then I probably have to increase my budget and calculate everything carefully again. Sometimes I wonder how one can afford buying/building a house with a normal income, especially when children are added. I wouldn't call my income bad, but as a sole earner (worst case) still too little.
