Time-lapse recording of house construction

I would prefer a solution that generates and saves comprehensive live material. Then create the time-lapse afterwards or in parallel via software. The data volume is then an issue. However, this way you have the option, besides the time-lapse video, to play back special actions in the moving image in real time afterwards.

We have the same situation, building next to the old house. Electricity/LAN/WLAN is therefore available.
