Tiles, vinyl, or other types of flooring with underfloor heating?

Hello dear home builders,

we are facing the big question of which flooring to choose for our living room, as well as for the bedroom and children's room.
We have underfloor heating everywhere, so parquet and cork are already out.
We don't want everything to be tiled either; we already have tiles in the entrance area, kitchen, and bathrooms.
Vinyl is completely chemically produced and probably full of plasticizers. Slowly we are running out of ideas, do you have any tips?
It's mainly about the dining and living room, bedroom, and children's room.
I am very happy to receive suggestions and experiences.

1. I guess only laminate is left. 2. Why is parquet ruled out because of the underfloor heating?

Parquet everywhere - I find it the warmest and coziest. Especially during the transitional period (when the [noch/schon] is off), feet and children sitting on the floor are happy. But choose a sturdy wood like oak, soft wood gets damaged quickly by children, for example (although that can also have its charm, wood is natural after all).

Cork is of course also an option, but I don’t like it as much. Carpet is too dirty for me.

With underfloor heating, almost any covering is possible, including cork and parquet, if it is properly installed or the individual manufacturer does not exclude it.

I have been told that parquet and cork have too much thermal insulation properties, causing a lot of performance loss. Laminate is just so noisy when walking and quite cool. I just came across linoleum, a natural product and very durable, do you have any experience with it?

The statements about parquet and cork are simply wrong! If they were correct, the parquet and cork industry could soon give up nowadays, since the majority of all new buildings and newer existing properties are equipped with underfloor heating. The flooring must simply be suitable and professionally installed (usually glued). I have no experience with linoleum.

Proper laminate on proper impact sound insulation is not noisy when walking.
