I recently bought a house from the mid-19th century. Unfortunately, quite a lot was "badly renovated" there in the 50s and 60s. Since the bathroom needs to be completely renovated, I would like to adapt it somewhat to the general style of the rest of the house. Of course, it should still be modern and above all accessible, but in terms of style and color, I would at least like to have the tiles match. The house is located in East Frisia, otherwise it is a typical brick building, and in the hallway there are red and yellow, about 15x15cm large, single-color tiles, bordered with black tiles at the edges. I don’t know if they are still original, but the bathroom currently features baby pink and light blue  Does anyone here have experience with tiles of this age and know what would fit in terms of color and style?
