You mean connecting the stove to the heating circuit?
No, I have consciously decided on a system separation. About 60...70% of the annual heating energy demand can be covered by the chosen configuration (room layout) using a masonry stove, since I have free wood available. The rest is covered by the radiators ad libitum (gas condensing boiler). The system is designed so that the entire heat supply is guaranteed even without the masonry stove (in case of illness, personal laziness, or similar, if one cannot or does not want to heat manually). It is partly a matter of belief. We like very differentiated room temperatures at times. Sometimes 18°C, sometimes 24°C, depending on individual, partly short-term feelings. This can hardly be achieved with underfloor heating. The radiant heat (intensity) of the masonry stove is, in my opinion, replaceable by
nothing.
...I have underfloor heating throughout the whole house.
That looks completely different.
...What is the main difference (advantage and disadvantage) compared to the tiled stove? Except that it is cheaper.
In my opinion, the masonry stove has significant advantages if properly dimensioned (price,
variability, weight, effect of an open fireplace, etc.), disadvantage, depending on personal taste, possibly the appearance. A masonry stove does not have "stove tiles"!
Best regards.
