It doesn't matter who cleans. Whether you clean yourself or have it done once a week, white or black tiles look dirty for 6 days a week. It may be that when you "have it cleaned," you somewhat "idealize" the dirt and close your eyes to reality.

Hey, thanks everyone for the answers!

I'm only getting around to writing now because we were at two bathroom exhibitions and also have a few more ideas.

Can you recommend a configurator? Sweet Home 3D is not very practical for tiles, and the manufacturers' online tools were also not good in the first test—especially since their bathrooms have nothing to do with a standard bathroom.

Is there anything against white matte wall tiles? Like also because of cleaning? We would really like them.

The floor is even more difficult...

Edit: generally, we are rather the minimalist, clean style people. Furnishing in stainless steel, black, silver, white. But then introducing the stylistic contrast with baroque chairs and feather lamps.

From experience, I can say that is very wise. Never look at Sicis mosaics!

..and the housekeeper, the chauffeur, the butler, the cooking team... not everyone is good at calculating with staff when building a designer house.

There is absolutely nothing against that. If you like it plain, you can choose a stone-like look for the floor. Sand color appears “warmer” – gray or slate-colored rather “cooler.”

White, brown, concrete, anthracite I would take.

Do not use entire walls in white, otherwise it looks like a slaughterhouse.

No program
Tile studio they have samples, make suggestions so that it does not look like a slaughterhouse
They prepare views of your rooms with the selected tiles

Sometimes I wonder if you want to confuse people or if you simply don't realize how much you are missing the reality of many users. It certainly sounds pretty cocky.

@white matte wall tiles: works perfectly. We sampled them along with slate-look floor tiles for the bathrooms during our first renovation contract. (Let's see what it will actually be in the end)
