Hello,

I have the following plot:

Approximately what costs will arise if I want to level it starting from the elevation of about 207.8m?
Thanks for the help.

If you need anything else to assess, just ask.

Regards
MR

Roughly estimated, it is about 670m3 of earth/stones or whatever needs to be removed. If it is "good" soil, you would have to calculate around 15,000-20,000€ just for the disposal. On top of that comes all the work.

You have to ask a civil engineer or earthworker you trust, it depends on neighboring properties, development plans, houses, etc.

Would it be possible to cut down the high spots by 0.75 m and use that to fill the lower side so that it evens out?

Theoretically yes. Keep in mind that building up usually also means retaining. Retaining the two sides of the road with L-shaped stones will already be a five-figure amount.

Too many variables, you need to check on site. Between 20-100k is all possible.

Depending on the house position, driveway, neighbors, boundary with a wall, etc., one could also create a simple embankment instead of L-shaped stones.

Also consider in advance where privacy screens are needed, as they cannot be built infinitely high.
