Hello! I have already had the pleasure of using an oven with a baking trolley and have to say: never again. With two trays in the oven, it is difficult to "quickly" take out the tray (e.g., cookies). The top tray then blocks all the others. I don't see any advantage compared to normal ovens. For convenience, a tall oven is now coming into the house because cleaning a deep oven is inconvenient and then the door gets in the way.
