I have not read all the posts. Maybe it could still be a shed roof to make use of the 9.50?

Exactly "wanting to push the height to the limit" is the mistake in thinking. That is nonsense – a defiant attitude without any benefit for you.

I don't want to do that either :eek: , but the planners must have had some reason for it, the other single-story buildings have the more sensible height of 8m, which is actually quite manageable. Hopefully, most will just put up a normal gable-roofed house there.
