So, I now have a sample calculation. Ok, I have long since said goodbye to 270t :(

Does the calculation look correct so far?

116000 land
6500 notary tax
7000 house connection
5000 wastewater
130000 house
500 temporary power water
13000 painter floor garden for materials, work done personally
9000 garage
2500 site plan staking out surveying
2500 financing incidental costs
2500 interest during construction period

If the €130,000 includes the turnkey house including the base slab and earthworks, it works. However, I would already plan a €20,000 reserve at that price;)

so the colleague calculates with 1250€ per sqm
