That's how it is, these cracks are the rule rather than the exception - and they are structurally irrelevant. They become visible when no crack-resistant fleece has been applied under the wall covering. If you want to be sure, invest in an expert who will charge a nice amount for a standard letter from the drawer.

Yes. I just don't know. The procedure is now such that every interested party should submit an offer (within one week) with bank financing confirmation. The highest bidder then gets the contract. Before that, I probably won't be allowed in there anymore. But well, even if I were awarded the contract, the purchase is not yet legally binding. Does anyone have any idea how much over the minimum bid you have to calculate? I would have set a maximum of 25k now. That would be just under 5%. Oh yes, here again is the blueprint. My acquaintance said based on the pictures that presumably the mortar joints between the stones are cracked and it irritates him that the cracks are already so clearly visible again even though it apparently was freshly painted.

There is currently another thread on the topic of [Bietverfahren] at the top. I would bid what it is worth to you and not base it on % or similar.
