Terrace planning/roofing

We have a bamboo terrace. It does not splinter, has a nice color, and is very weather-resistant BUT we have only had it for 1 year. I cannot give a 20-year prognosis :cool:

Finally back online.... we have moved and you meanwhile in blue? What have I missed??????

No, we will not have wood as a terrace - I don’t like the look when it’s wet.

My dream has always been polygonal sandstone slabs, probably also available in quartzite... the problem is probably the cost, as these have to be laid in mortar. We will definitely use stone or concrete pavers, probably in sandstone color or anthracite.

Hey, you did it! Wow! Congratulations! I'm very jealous. We are not there yet. We have a "small front door delay". We probably won't pave the terrace yet. Maybe later, when we are rich and big. ;)
