Technical room shape size, basement construction complete heating, 2 m too tight?

I think that is already very small. What is missing in your layout are connections for water / electricity, in case that is also supposed to go through the technical room, armored fuses, fuse box, possibly an inverter and meter box for photovoltaics, etc. I have 18.45 m² and it is quite full. Besides, you never know what might be added in the future, better to plan for 15-20 m², that is better.

I can agree with ypg. We also had problems with our floor plan and the utility room. Originally, our utility room was also 11 sqm. After a radical adjustment of the floor plan, only 7 sqm were left. But upstairs there was an option for a second utility room, which we planned as a laundry room. 5 sqm for washer-dryer, shelves, and ironing board. We thought anyway that the laundry mostly happens upstairs. So why should you carry everything down to the ground floor only to lug it back upstairs afterwards? Maybe that could work for you too.

I am new here and am currently also dealing with the construction of a house. The width of the [Technikraum] at 2m is quite tight. For example, our electricity supplier requires at least 1.2m of space in front of the [Zählerschrank]; otherwise, they will not activate the connection. If additional [Technik] is installed on the other side, it can get quite tight.
