Thank you all very much! We will make sure that the technical room is not planned next to a bedroom. Once we have further sorted out our thoughts, we will start another thread for the floor plan planning.
I think the issue of poor planning too.A house with a technical room next to the sleeping area is, in my view, a design flaw - unless the insulation against noise and vibration is resolved - unfortunately quite expensive.
I think I will put the whole thing up for discussion here in the next few days with all our desired boundary conditions, room sizes, etc.
Time should also be planned for planning. It is not surprising that after 2 or 20 days, such a compromise is made that expensive partition walls are already planned so that the (mis)planning comes to an end. I would let my brainpower work hard for a good month - if something good comes out before that (final planning for discussion), then that is also good, but compromises always promise that there is no end in sight yet. However, not everything has to be planned - there are things that work well both planned and unplanned.Once we have further organized our thoughts, we will create another thread for the layout planning
I wouldn't do that because of the EMC load. Especially not with a timber frame construction.
If you find that funny - be my guest. For you, the Earth is probably still flat. There are tinfoil hats for that.
If you find that funny - suit yourself. For you, the Earth is probably still flat.
