Technical room in the attic, problems with soundproofing?

Hi,

our technical room now adjoins the house directly
(the initial plan still allowed for a 1.5m distance from the house).

The wall will of course be insulated, but significantly less than the rest
of the house. The wall thickness is a total of 21cm. The construction
will be done as a timber frame with mineral wool insulation and plaster
(The north wall will be clad with facing bricks since it borders a pedestrian and cycle path)

I believe the regulation for water and electricity connections is "frost-free"
This could probably also be done somewhat more simply if necessary.
