If "recently" means at least 12 years ago to you, then yes, although I am sure that this was already included in the previous fee schedule, which came into effect sometime in the early 90s.



There are several reasons for this, but I won’t elaborate here as most will find it boring anyway. If you want to standardize your requests, maybe a call to the surveyor will help. ;)
There are definitely ways to simplify this, but it also depends on your specific conditions.

Until 3 years ago, I negotiated a lump-sum contract with our surveyors; after that, it no longer worked. Since all three have been active in the market for many years, we have been working together for quite some time, and they independently made almost the same statements, I assume—without asking the "boring" details—that it must be correct.


That was the first step. In the end, it brought nothing, since it would only result in a lump-sum offer in partial areas; inquiries still had to be made based on specific examples.
