things are progressing rapidly... now the 623sqm plot needs to be surveyed.

What costs will I face?
Can someone recommend a surveying office in Gelsenkirchen and the surrounding area?

We paid 200€/sqm..

Not what you have paid, but what the [Bodenrichtwert] is!

At 750 sqm and 300 Euro/sqm, we were at 2700 Euro for surveying, site plan, and rough as well as fine staking out. What is still missing is the measurement after completion. But I don't have the price in mind right now.

I think you should get by with 1500 Euro for surveying and site plan.

Staking out and measurement on top.

Where do I get the [Bodenrichtwert] from??
