By the way, I have to commend the Marzahn office. They called me and said that nothing is recorded and asked if I really wanted a written confirmation about it (subject to a fee). At that time, I didn’t need it yet, so I simply didn’t do/have anything done.

Yes, they always call back when you have called and no one answered. I am honestly positively surprised. The processing time is relatively long, but probably normal, but the work ethic of the Marzahn office staff of urban development has been very good so far.
