Hello dear friends,
behind me there are 1,500 sqm of meadow for sale. This is supposed to be reclassified as building land for the buyer in a supplementary statute.
I have also expressed interest in buying the property, to which I was answered that it would then not be building land, the supplementary statute would only be valid for this interested party.
My question is, is that allowed, would I have the chance in a few years to apply for a supplementary statute for this piece of land for my daughter as well, no success?
Does anyone have experience with this?
