Supplementary statute for building land valid only for one buyer

Hello dear friends,

behind me there are 1,500 sqm of meadow for sale. This is supposed to be reclassified as building land for the buyer in a supplementary statute.

I have also expressed interest in buying the property, to which I was answered that it would then not be building land, the supplementary statute would only be valid for this interested party.

My question is, is that allowed, would I have the chance in a few years to apply for a supplementary statute for this piece of land for my daughter as well, no success?

Does anyone have experience with this?

Then become mayor in a few years, just for the daughter ;)

If it is properly justified and then approved by the municipal representatives, it is certainly possible.
Perhaps the interested party does something for the community, wants to build something on the property that the community is interested in…

Unfortunately, that's not the case, it's an acquaintance of a municipal council member. It will be built on normally. The only question is, why am I not allowed to do that? The issue is complex what is currently happening there.
