You need at least 1 cm per 100 cm, so a 1% slope.
However, it is also important that you communicate this in writing to your supplier. Otherwise, they will charge you for wastewater costs and you would then have to reduce this invoice.
Best also include a site plan of the pipeline route and a photo of the spot where it flows into the river.

I would first clarify with the bank whether you can still manage the financing if you serve the prison sentence of up to 5 years in jail.

I wouldn't pay so much attention to the slope. At the same time, connect a pipe from the river with a pump (of course, the water withdrawal should be upstream of the fecal outlet). Then you can flush the pipe directly with river water regardless of the slope. LOL

But let me know if you get a water law permit under §8 WHG (you have to apply for it at the district government). Otherwise, you will be held accountable under §324 of the Criminal Code - and that will either a) be expensive or b) land you in jail.

The discharge of wastewater into the Ganges in India is subject to strict environmental regulations, especially under the Environment Protection Act (1986) and the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act (1974). The authorities responsible for approvals are the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) at the national level and the respective State Pollution Control Boards (SPCBs) in the states. Required Approvals:
[*]Consent to Establish (CTE) – Permission to set up a facility that produces wastewater. [*]Consent to Operate (CTO) – Operating permit for the discharge of wastewater, which must be renewed regularly. [*]Environmental Clearance (EC) – If larger quantities are to be discharged, especially in industrial plants. [*]Approval of the National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG) – Since the Ganges is under special protection programs, an additional approval may be required.
According to ChatGPT, this seems even more complicated than in Germany...

Discharge of clarified wastewater into flowing waters is possible (own bio-treatment plant) but additionally requires approval from the responsible Water and Soil Association. Normally, the gradient should be greater than 1%. Since it should be pure "water" without additives (sludge/feces), a significantly steeper gradient is presumably also possible. The diameter (>DN110) is more important than the gradient.
