Just show the floor plans to see if they are really that difficult?

Thank you very much for your answers!

"Structurally not quite simple" could possibly describe our project due to the following conditions:
- The plot has sandy soil (however, there used to be a semi-detached house on it, so it is pre-compacted).
- The floor plan has an open space/gallery from the ground floor through the upper floor up to the attic.
- The interior walls mostly do not align vertically.
- Yes, a smaller corner glass window is planned on the ground floor.
- A larger dormer is planned with a small balcony.

We have now asked other structural engineers for a comparison offer, I am curious.

That sounds interesting. Hopefully, the open space up to the roof is not from the living room. Interior walls should line up if possible. Corner glass windows are out of style again. Is the large dormer approved? Is the design from the architect?

Hi,

I could also make you an offer.
Which federal state is it?

I did that with the demo version of the Harzer Statiksoftware. My master carpenter signed it. It didn't cost me anything at all. Why do you need a structural engineer for a small terraced house??
