Strip foundation or formwork stones?

Hello,

can someone please tell me if the photo shows a strip foundation? Is that recognizable in the photo?

I can only see stones, no continuous foundation. I cannot find any photos of similar stones for house construction on the internet.

According to the plan / architect:
Construction reinforced strip foundation C20/25 b/h=40/90 cm

Am I misunderstanding something?

this is not so easy to recognize. I suspect that there is a strip foundation underneath. It looks as if the bent reinforcement bars come out of a rough concrete surface. The overlapping lengths of the bent reinforcement bars on the mats also seem appropriate. The formwork blocks can only serve as formwork here but are not cast with the concrete. Because here, the top edge of the formwork block = top edge of the insulation = top edge of the reinforced concrete floor; above that, there is only sealing and wall structure.

Are there no other formwork or reinforcement plans?
