Store folders properly

Hm, no feedback from the OP... I assume that the temporary storage is not meant, but the final storage of the folders. Of course, the tips can only be given after information about the rooms. For intermediate spaces like e.g. corridors or halls, upper tall cabinets (e.g. from Ikea), for an office room other possibilities. How much space is available upstairs or downstairs in which room?????
