If you absolutely want such a wall that can be dismantled, you could also consider realizing it with a [Vorwand]. It can be made of wood or metal, clad with gypsum plasterboards, bricks or whatever on top, done. The disadvantage is that you lose room depth, but it can be removed almost without damage and with little effort.

You have really helped me a lot. I would have guessed that removing the [Styropor-Platten] is much easier. Of course, they are supposed to be glued. Is it also due to the adhesive that the [Styropor-Platten] are so hard to remove afterwards?

Is there another type of glue that might be easy to remove afterwards? As I said, I have a layer of wallpaper ([Raufaser]) on it. I’m not familiar with this, hence the question...

Basically, I would say: The easier the adhesive is to remove, the easier the stone slabs will fall off the wall.

Or vice versa: The heavier what you want to hang on the wall is (stone slabs are not exactly light), the stronger the adhesive has to be and the harder it is to remove it again.

There is also the plastic with stone look. I once saw it at H...b.... It could be that you only screw/nail it on and don’t have to glue anything. Everyone has to form their own opinion about the appearance. I don’t remember how real it looked either.

That’s clear, the question should only refer to the styrofoam panels. So 16 sqm of styrofoam panels on the wall. Is there an adhesive for this that can be easily removed afterwards? I don’t find nailing them to the wall visually appealing.
