I greet you,
Surely I could have found answers in the individual posts as well, but each post is very individual and you don't always find yourself with your thoughts. Thank you very much for your time.
Financing + Kfw 70!
Our preferred bank has confirmed the financing for us. However, we are still missing the KfW70. We are now constantly discussing the further procedure.
The plot has been surveyed and the documents are with the land registry office. The landowner informed us that the processing time is about 1 month? To accelerate the Kfw 70 process, we were advised to simultaneously obtain the "site plan" from the surveying office, have the house measured, and have the soil report created. As soon as we have the soil report and there are no serious reasons not to buy the land, we could start..
So now the architect would come into play first, who checks the house according to the standard KfW 70. And only then can the KfW 70 loan be applied for?
Is our assumption about the procedure correct or do you see it differently? Have we forgotten anything or is the procedure implemented differently in practice?
Thank you very much for opinions and tips!
