Step by step to KfW - complicated procedures?

For KFW70, the construction does not need to be supervised like Kfw55 - the 70 proof has now cost us 350 euros plus VAT. However, the gentleman, like myself as the builder, naturally stands by the fact that the construction is done as calculated (at a minimum).

We have now calculated a KFW56 house, with the planned windows it will probably be below that, but it is not worthwhile because of the requirements.

My developer said that the requirements for KfW 70 houses have probably also been tightened, and similar to KfW 55 the energy expert prepares the calculation AND nowadays also supervises and inspects the entire construction.... i.e. this results in additional costs (about 5000 EUR).

If you haven't committed in writing yet, I would send the provider to the proverbial desert. Who knows what nonsense he might say next :confused:

Currently, nothing has changed at all for KfW 70; KfW 55 requires an expert (costs around 1,000 EUR). Only from 2016 onwards must 25% more insulation be installed. And - the procedure for the funds for KfW 70 is not complicated at all. The online form 153, the Wohnflächenverordnung, the BB and the construction contract must be submitted; nothing more ;)
