Steibel Eltron LWZ 504 in new construction

The heating engineer has apparently finished calculating.
With a blocking time of 2 hours per day, I would have an annual performance factor of 4.8.
I have not seen the calculation yet, but I will when I apply for the subsidy.

Question:
Does anyone cool via the heat pump?
Can you cool more than 30 sqm with it?
I thought we would only cool the 3 bedrooms. Together about 45 sqm. Especially these days, I would like to have a cool environment to sleep in -_-

That sounds good. It is important to send the application to [BAFA] before you sign anything.

So if I understood correctly, the concept is reversed for cooling, and instead of warm water, cold water now flows through the underfloor heating. The experiences with this are probably mixed, you just have to get used to a rather cold floor, and it probably won't bring more than 1-2 degrees, since it's not an air conditioner. If you only want that in some rooms, you would need to turn off the other heating circuits at the [HKV].

we have been living in our house for about a year.
So far, we are quite satisfied with the LWZ 504.

However, I have a problem.
At the beginning of the year, I installed an external control panel.

But it does not provide room humidity and room temperature.
Terminal addresses are correct.
Instructions do not help either.

I want to activate the cooling, but for that, of course, it has to work.

I have noticed a few things.
According to the system, I have two heating circuits.
But to my understanding, I only have one??? I do have a ground floor and an upper floor, but it's still one heating circuit, right?

The system always shows 22.0°C as room temperatures.
That does not fit.

Also, I was not asked about a heating circuit assignment when connecting the external control panel.

I have looked through all the menus of the system but simply can’t find any clue.

Can someone help me?
Our heating engineer is also clueless.

The next step would be Stiebel service, but I wanted to try here first.
