Standard width for garage and gate

What, that much? I would have expected around 10,000 - 15,000. Almost everything is done by me and friends who know something about it. Not that it's just a carport with an adjacent storage room.

That's what we decided on, and even here you’re immediately over 5000€ if you use decent wood. It goes without saying that the mentioned price includes 100% own labor. It will be built next summer.
The advantage of the carport is that there is space on the left and right. We have no fence to the neighbor... and to the house there's a 40 cm gravel edge... leaving 3.50 m of parking space under the roof.

That was variant 2, a carport with a brick wall on the left, behind it a storage room, next to it the passage to the garden, and then the house.
