Besides the problem 2nd escape route: do you get your furniture upstairs? Please upload a picture and the plan drawing.

Who has planned something wrong? If the shell construction is standing and you bought it like that, where should there be a reduction?

Please upload the execution plan of the staircase here. Preferably with the dimensions of the shell construction according to the existing plan.

That can't be a hidden defect that would justify a price reduction.

Hello everyone! After consulting with the developer, he will now reduce the size of the stairwell opening to increase the walking width. This solves the problem and makes the staircase more usable for us (e.g. escape route and furniture transport).

Stupid question. Does there even have to be a significant stairwell? Take out as much width as possible. We have 90cm with a 90° bend at the bottom and even then it was already really tricky to maneuver long cabinet parts or moving boxes upstairs. A moving box is 600mm long, and with 800mm stair width there is barely enough room for the hands that have to carry it...

And the same applies to the escape route... the wider the better. Just because you meet the minimum requirement doesn’t mean everything is great ;)
