Hello and thanks in advance for the help.
We have filled up our plot to have everything on one level. For this purpose, the resulting slope at parts of the property boundary was retained with unreinforced L-shaped stones. Mostly 80cm and 60cm high stones were used.
Now a fence is to be placed along the boundary. This should be mounted on point foundations and not on the L-shaped stones (since they are unreinforced).
Now, in this context, one often reads that foundations must be founded frost-free. But the L-shaped stones do have a frost-free foundation.
If I now dig a hole above a 60cm high L-shaped stone down to the base of the stone and build my point foundation on it, that is frost-free, isn't it?
Or are there smarter ways to set the fence here?
I would appreciate feedback :)
