As I said... until a week ago I probably would have thought "Yeah, do it like that, no problem..." But since the neighbor's fence was lying in our driveway here and his son's playhouse flew 25m through my garden. And those were by no means hurricane-strength gusts even then. If my car had been there, it would have been a total loss...

Ok then I misunderstood. I thought behind the L-blocks and not in front. In front would definitely be possible. Thanks, I'll take a look at it later. How close can I get to the L-blocks then? The area is "only" 3m wide, if I also have to be 0.5m away from the L-blocks I lose quite a bit of space.

Even with the extremely stingy crop of the picture, I thought that a sight triangle might not be far off ;-)

You don't have to concrete in the whole post. Feel free to use anchors, but concrete them into their own foundation. If that is then 80 cm deep, it will also hold the 1.8m fence. But yes, I would rather set a post every 1.25m than every 2.5m.

Do it properly and concrete the posts in. I wouldn’t know why that shouldn’t work directly on the L-bricks.

phew now I am confused :D So should I then concrete the posts into the ground in front of the L-bricks or should I create a foundation for the posts. I will draw the whole thing tomorrow and upload it here. Maybe something else will come up then
