Hello,
I am new here.... We have bought a plot of land with approximately 530 sqm area. Width on the street side about 16 meters and length about 33 meters. Slope location with about 3.30 meters height difference. The development plan allows 2 full floors in split level construction with a gable roof at 22-28 degrees. Eaves height max. 6.90 meters. Single garage with flat or gable roof. The house structure almost arises by itself from this. Garage width built on the border about 4 meters. House directly attached with about 8 meters width and the rest remains free due to distance to the border (that would be about 4 meters).
My question: Are there anywhere in Bavaria show houses that one could visit?!? Or also "sample floor plans" on the internet? I just want to slowly start gathering ideas. I can imagine a lot with "normal" floor plans. But when googling for split level I just don’t get anywhere properly or I lack the imagination to mentally translate the paper. Something to look at would be very helpful, of course.
Or should I go directly to the architect?
Thanks
