Spare part for IKEA Rationell drawer (Faktum) wanted

But now I still have a question, my problem is that I can't get the white plastic part together with the rod onto a new front because after one use it apparently becomes too thick at the front. How would you get the rod onto a new front now? Hammer it on? I was afraid something might break...
