Span widths of self-supporting wooden frame ceiling

Steel would also be an option, but it is more complicated than timber frame construction, although maybe also a variant I should calculate at some point. Properly done with anchor plates and additionally welded, it would definitely hold.

Everything regarding building regulations is already clarified.
I have attached dimensions according to the current plan.
No windows are planned. Closed wall surfaces border the neighboring property. The garden house is located on the boundary (everything clarified).
There will be no concrete slab.

The wooden floor rests on ground anchors or, if structurally easier to implement, embedded tension irons can be used to transfer the load of the roof through the walls.

I had omitted the roof on the plan before. It will be a flat roof. Drainage is done into a cistern. Depending on the structural analysis, it will either be a plain roof or a green roof / construction with photovoltaic panels.
