South-facing plot 700 sqm, single-family house approx. 150 sqm, any ideas or input?

The reason for the new thread may be that the SplitLevel is explained quite well here with simple means, but in the new thread it is not addressed at all and a 2-story building is basically just lowered into the ground, the front door raised, without planning the SplitLevel intermediate level.
