As I said... the ceiling is about 2.60 meters high. Above it, the wooden roof structure. On top, the vapor barrier and above that a layer of insulation wool (cold roof). Below, drywall on aluminum rails.

Yes, but the ceiling is not continuous. Rather, it is interrupted by the walls, and insulation is then on top of that. Thus, this should be sufficient. Otherwise, if necessary, screw on one or more layers of sound-insulating drywall.

Turn on the TV and go up to the attic. Then just listen to what comes through.
