Sound insulation of geothermal heat pump in the technical room

If you had read the installation instructions once, you would read that a soundproof mat should be installed on the opposite wall and behind the heat pump to reduce the noise.

Can't you take action yourself?

Why does something need to be insulated there? Is that a special type of heat pump? Normally they are quieter than a refrigerator

Actually a good wp but they are probably often in regular rooms without a soundproof door.

It should be called soundproof door.
