Isn't that the same as what I mean? They are also installed in the wall, right? What is the advantage of the supply valve you mentioned?

No, that is not the same. Because with supply and exhaust air in the same room, the need for an airflow possibility is eliminated. In other words, the room can then be hermetically sealed if desired.

That's how I see it too. If properly planned, a maximum of 15-20m3 flows through. That goes under any standard-compliant door gap. Completely without frame tricks or other elements.

I understand. As far as I know, your solution would require an extreme amount of extra piping, or am I mistaken? Exhaust air goes outside, that is clear. The supply air in your solution with the supply air valves would mean that a separate supply air duct is run into each room. I think this would certainly be the best solution in terms of sound, but the sheer extra effort and all the additional supply air ducts seems a bit too much to me. I hope I understood you correctly...

I have also considered this question; the effort with supply and exhaust air per room is indeed quite high.

I will take a closer look at [Absenkdichtungen].

We have no experience with transfer air grilles; a friend has looked into it more thoroughly, but I believe they are also not installed.

We have a sound-ex door with a drop seal (with transfer air function) for the utility room.
