everyone sees that differently. however, an RLV costs nothing compared to a proper occupational disability insurance.

sure, you can see it differently. If the sole breadwinner dies, the wife and children are then left completely exposed. It's all possible.

Currently, in case of emergency, there would be corresponding equity available, and for the time during which the loan is being repaid or the house construction is approaching, the RLV is certainly mandatory.

Regarding the BU, I am conflicted, as something really serious would have to happen to me as a software developer for the BU to pay, and even then their lawyers would try everything to prevent it.
