@ Construction expert
That is not decisive because the construction service descriptions I have were created by the licensor, and I should be able to assume that the parent company has enough expertise...
That makes more sense to me – but what would that look like concretely? Would it then say in the fine print that the house must be equipped with a different heating system if the building application is rejected due to an energy miscalculation? Hardly imaginable, right? If that is created nationwide and hundreds of builders run into trouble because of it?
I can only repeat:
There will be a solar domestic hot water system with two panels
Exterior wall is 24 cm aerated concrete without additional insulation.
The roof, however, will apparently be insulated quite extensively.
Controlled residential ventilation is mandatory, but only a very simple, decentralized system (Lunos ego)
I believe we cannot settle this point of contention – it actually no longer really belongs to the core topic of this thread. If I get involved in it, I will have the construction contract examined thoroughly anyway and specifically point out this issue. As I said, I also think it is not acceptable.
Knowledge about house building is about the same as most construction laymen here.

the "if/then" should be found in the fine print
