Solar system for carport

My husband also had the fixed idea to install such a solar system on the roof of our carport. However, the purchase cost is simply too high. The sun doesn't always shine here either, so the gain in energy is minimal in my eyes.

That is of course true, but I still find a solar system really good. But here a comparison of the providers needs to be made. Because the prices do vary quite a bit. Some time ago I obtained an offer. The price was 500 CHF per sqm here. Now I am considering whether to get something like that as well.

I do not want to make a big profit here at all.
