Hello, please calculate where you would have landed with your "old building" - calculated per cubic meter of enclosed space.
I have calculated it once - I come to 410 euros per cubic meter. However, the volume also includes the planned double garage in the basement (of course without any great frills and only with ceiling insulation).
An energy planner once said that 400 euros/cubic meter is already a very upscale finish. I cannot assess that statement - especially since you write of a guideline value of 350 - 500 euros (up to 500 does leave a bit of room).
I think we will have no simple but by far no very upscale finish either (very upscale in my opinion e.g. the statement of a colleague whose bathroom fittings cost 30,000 euros - for us for bathroom and guest WC together around 8,000 euros).
I will definitely take a look - we have already considered a few alternatives - now we want to work out a bit more and then the tip-tap tour will start again. After the disappointment, the fighting spirit is back now .
