I need power outlets in the work area, preferably on or under the work surface. But how?

There are, for example, these retractable parts from Evoline, which are almost too big for the size of my work surface and take up too much of the already limited space.

Does anyone have suggestions for other solutions - I'm out of ideas.

What exactly do you want to do? Your explanations are a bit sparse, don’t you think?

I don't quite understand it either. To install sockets, you have to connect them to the entire electrical circuit, for that you need an electrician! Also, of course, you have to lay cables, for that you need grooves in the wall, so also a craftsman with a chipping machine. Or are we misunderstanding something here? Regards, kadi

My solution was now flat pop-up sockets, which I recessed into the edge of the countertop. Although they are not as visually appealing as the Evoline parts, they are more space-saving and significantly cheaper. An electrician should not be necessary for this, as the sockets are connected to the house network by cable plug connection under the countertop.

Mounting sockets on the countertop strikes me as very dangerous.

Just let a glass of water spill and a cable fire can (but doesn’t have to) occur. Before I come up with such ideas, I first ask the landlord or my household insurance.

Could it be that you are a bit suicidal? Or do you need money from the insurance? :D :D :D
