With us, it’s not the whole roof, but only the part of the roof near the edge that is equipped with snow guards. The snow guards were offered directly as accessories with the tiles, but with a little effort they should also be able to be installed afterwards.

I would ask a roofer near you, or, if you have one, a warehouse or similar, how to best approach it.

OK, that sounds practical if you can attach the snow noses afterwards with little effort. Is there any place where you can see a picture of it?

So, to get an impression, I would contact a roofer in your area. He can surely also show you other houses or their roofs as references? Otherwise, a look at the application brochure for snow retention from Tondach might also be helpful? See if you can find it on Google.
