Hello everyone,
in our new building we will have a closet/storage room on the upper floor. The dimensions are 1.26m width and 1.01m depth.
Since this floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom accessible from the hallway, we do not want to install a normal door but a louvered door (closet door). The door measures 60x201cm. I assume that the door will only be attached with hinges. A frame is not included.
Would you screw the hinges directly onto the wall or construct a wooden frame yourself?
We need to decide now because we need the rough dimensions for the construction planning.
Thanks in advance.
