Size of windows for single-family house

According to this example, the windows should all be 150cm wide and 134cm high. The size of the windows seems a bit large to us?! Hello, our windows are similarly sized and we are building a city villa with 9x10m. But I wouldn't make the windows any smaller. Because you also have to deduct the window frame, and that can be 15-18cm. Because your dimensions are rough construction measurements.
